APS Diagnostics offers both qualitative and quantitative PCR services to a range of market sectors, including agriculture. Quantitative, real-time PCR is carried out using the Bio-Rad iCycler iQ Real-Time Detection System; this provide reliable and sensitive quantitative PCR results using Taqman® chemistry.
